§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR"), we inform you that:

  • We process data for the following purposes: performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), handling complaints (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), monitoring and improving service quality – requesting completion of a survey or response to questions about service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is required, it is voluntary and given by checking a box containing the terms of the consent.
  • If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims).
